Many thanks to Madeline @obsessee for writing about my embroidered clutches on the Urban Outfitters blog!!! The two shown have sold thanks to her! I’m going to try to bust out more soon!!
I cut up about 20 pairs of shorts last summer, to finish/make last summer, but I never did finish one pair! I finally got back to working on them this past week and finished three. They are lightweight cotton shorts, high waisted. Good for hot days, summer weather. They look better on a person versus a wall, of course! The floral and tie dye are the left over from my bag fabrics. And I just threw in one of the totes I made for a fun photo, i’m just gonna pin everything to my walls!
Gonna make some bags with this fabric. Its vintage kimono fabric. I bought this online, at first I thought I was buying a dyed fabric, but when it arrived I found that it was a weaved “tie dye effect.” It also stated that in the description/listing, but I often don’t pay too much attention to the listing!—haha, I know i’m not the only one! Anyway I like it either way! I don’t know why but it feels very Alexander McQueen to me.
vintage clutch purse I bought on Etsy awhile ago. The seller said its leather, but I don’t think so, its so hard to tell sometimes! Its heavily distressed, but I kind of like the distressed look
