I think its just newspaper on her head?????, but that would be cool if it is a scarf

heres another skirt that is almost finished, just needs to be hemmed, same fabric as the shorts below
This spring/summer skirt is almost done, just needs to be hemmed. I love this fabric, i’ve had it for a few years and I didn’t know what to do with it. Its a plaid but has a “fade” in it, I don’t know what its called, but its an interesting weave.
